Vance & Hines Power Duals chrome headers feature Power Chamber Exhaust (PCX) technology with high-flow catalyst cartridges and staggered heads. Downstream catalyst positioning is designed for rider comfort, while contoured full-coverage heat shields protect the head tubes. The system meets 49-state emissions standards and pairs with Vance & Hines Touring slip-ons, including Hi-Outputs, Torquer 450, and Eliminator 400. Touring models from 2021–2023 require adaptation of the third oxygen sensor. Trike models from 2021–2023 require a complete-system change with headers, adapter, and slip-ons. OEM packings joining the header pipe with the tails should be used for installation.
