This dual exhaust kit is designed to convert a single exhaust system to dual exhaust on late-model 1/2-ton pickup truck applications. It replaces the factory exhaust from the muffler inlet and includes a Flowmaster Original 40 Series chambered muffler, aluminized mandrel-bent piping, corner-exit adapters, and two 12-inch chrome slash-cut weld-on tips. The system uses 2.5-inch outside-diameter tailpipes and is intended for trucks originally equipped with a single-inlet muffler. Fabrication may be required for previously modified exhaust systems or trucks with suspension or body lifts.
