This PWC Engine stator is designed for Mercury Model 400 two-cylinder 40 HP electric-start applications from 1970-1971 with serial numbers 2874704-3336237. It replaces OEM numbers 398-3873, 398-4204, 398-4423, and 398-4424. A 154-6770 rectifier and installation instructions are included.
