This powerhead rebuild kit is designed for Mercury 25 HP 2-cylinder engines with a 2.562-inch bore. The kit includes two .030-inch (.75 mm) oversize pistons with Japanese RIK performance rings, piston pins, clips, a complete gasket kit, main bearings, needle bearings, connecting-rod bearings and rod bolts. Engine boring is required for the oversize pistons; verify the required size against the service manual before ordering.
