Replacement power pack conversion kit for specified Johnson Evinrude 28 HP manual-start, 2-cylinder applications. The kit includes a replacement CD, trigger, stator coil, miscellaneous hardware and installation instructions. It also includes a 6100 RPM limiter and S.L.O.W. function that limits engine speed to 2500 RPM in an overheat condition. Verify the OEM number and application before ordering.
