This HIYOYO rear fender extension is designed for 1996-2008 Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles. The 9-inch stretched design fills the space between the rear fender and saddlebags while helping shield the wheel from splash, mud, dirt, and scratches. It is made from painted Vivid Black ABS plastic. Installation requires removing the fender tip light and drilling two small holes on each side of the fender. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are not included.
