This DIY dual exhaust kit is designed to convert a single exhaust system to a dual setup on late-model pickup trucks. It replaces the factory exhaust from the muffler inlet and includes a Flowmaster Original 40 Series muffler, 2.5-inch aluminized mandrel-bent tailpipes, side-exit adapters, and 3.5-inch by 12-inch chrome-plated stainless rolled-edge tips. The two- and three-piece tailpipes are intended to simplify installation. Modification or fabrication may be required on previously modified exhaust systems or trucks with suspension or body lifts.
