Product Description
The Demon Powersports PAXL-14049HD heavy duty axle is listed for the 2017 CFMOTO CForce 500. It features a dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shaft, a 4340 chromoly steel inner CV cage, and CV joints sized 10%–15% larger than regular joints. The axle also includes a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boot and uses molybdenum grease for smooth, low-friction operation. Its double-plunge design allows approximately 1.5 inches of inboard travel and 40° articulation, while the outboard joint provides 0.5 inches of travel and 45°–47° swing depending on the model.
